Dunsborough

Dunsborough, Western Australia, Australia

A popular holiday and family destination with excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and accommodation. Dunsborough has a permanent population of under 5000 people but swells to two or three times this number during the summer tourist season. Its location in Geographe Bay results in ocean front sheltered from the westerly sea breezes and swells in the summer.

Activities include swimming anywhere on kilometres of sandy beaches, diving the HMAS Swan wreck, walking along the foreshore, playing golf, hiking along the Meelup Regional Park Walk Trail, mountain biking, road bike riding with the locals, and shore fishing.
