Overview
The Beer Trail follows fire roads with a little single track. The loop is entirely in bush land and covers 14 kilometres with total climbing of 250 meters. The route meanders up and down except for a rapid descent to the river at its south eastern extent. It is called Beer Trail as it links across to a brewery near where the trail meets Osmington Road (north-east end of the route). Some of the tracks are sandy. It is probably best ridden counter-clockwise if you do the full loop.
To get to the start of the Beer Trail either ride the Ten Mile Brook or Airport Loop tracks.
Please download the free Margaret River Find the Fun App for more information about Beer Trail. It has very detailed maps and cycling directions. The maps work even when you don’t have internet connection. Combined with your phone’s GPS you’ll easily be able to navigate the route and never get lost.
